Comfortable Stay and Great Dining
clean room comfortable bed quick service
The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The restaurant service was quick, and the food presentation was excellent. All restaurant staff were helpful and polite (Majid was especially amazing). I appreciated the good and free car parking area and easy access to the hotel.
The lift was out of order, I had to go get from reception 2 floors down, so I had to use the stairs.

peeling wallpaper unreliable wi-fi
My stay had a couple of issues. The room felt quite dated. I noticed peeling wallpaper. A fan was provided, but it only stirred the air slightly. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, disappearing at times.

inadequate mattress limited breakfast
The mattress proved inadequate. I felt the springs during the night. the cooked breakfast cost £10. the food selection was limited and labeling was poor. there was no butter available. what i assumed to be orange juice turned out to be tropical juice. muffins were small cakes. pastries were plastic wrapped. there was no fruit or yogurt.

clean room excellent breakfast helpful staff
The staff was helpful in letting me park close to the entrance. This was important because the regular parking area has a steep slope. The room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. I liked the plentiful hot water in the bathroom.

helpful staff delicious food
The staff were very helpful and polite throughout my stay. The food from Amed was ABSOLUTELY delicious, and the breakfast was also very good. I especially enjoyed having the restaurant right on site. It made everything so convenient.
I did notice some creaky floors. I could hear other guests walking around during the night, a minor disturbance.

The reception staff were available 24/7, and they answered all questions promptly and professionally. Their assistance significantly improved my experience. Housekeeping was efficient with clean towels and amenities replenished daily, FANTASTIC!!!
